On November 25, 2025, the second day of the International Student Congress - IBUISC’25, featured several parallel workshops, one of which was the Green Logistics Hackathon held at the BISTLAB | Balkan Economy and Finance Labaratory with students of economics from various countries.
The session began with questions to gauge students’ awareness of sustainable logistics, followed by a short quiz to understand their decision-making tendencies. Based on their priorities—reducing packaging waste or saving energy—students were divided into two groups.
Each group then worked on a hypothetical real-life scenario, identifying the core problem, proposing solutions, outlining implementation steps, and presenting their final ideas.
The session combined analytical work, creativity, and teamwork, empowering students to translate the congress theme “AI, Sustainability, and Ethics” into actionable ideas for future-ready green logistics.
