On April 16th, 2026, BISTLAB | Balkan Economy and Finance Laboratory successfully organized a workshop titled “From Vision to Measurable Action: Balanced Scorecard and Strategic Mapping”. The workshop was primarily designed for students of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences (FEAS) and was delivered by Assoc. Prof. Andrijana Bojadzievska Danevska.
The session provided students with valuable insights into the process of translating strategic objectives into measurable performance indicators through the application of the Balanced Scorecard framework and strategic mapping tools. Particular emphasis was placed on strengthening students’ analytical and practical competencies in aligning organizational vision with operational activities, thereby supporting more effective decision-making and performance management.
The event was honored by the presence of the Dean, Assoc. Prof. Liza Alili Sulejmani, Advisor to the Rector, Prof. Snezana Bilic, along with other professors and teaching assistants from FEAS.
This workshop further reaffirmed BISTLAB’s role as an academic support platform committed to advancing both theoretical knowledge and practical skills among IBU students.
